SPECIFIC BOARD POSITIONS
* * * IN ADDITION TO GENERAL BOARD MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES... * * *
PRESIDENT - leads agenda at board meeting and administers tasks amongst the board members. Will most frequently act as a spokesperson on behalf of Trainwreck Productions. May likely need to be available for design and production meetings for specific shows in addition to board meetings.
VICE PRESIDENT - keeps board meeting on agenda and fullfills the responsibility of the president at board meetings if he/she is absent.
SECRETARY - takes minutes at meetings and maintains funtioning communicate of the board. In this, the secretary works closely with the president and production manager.
TREASURER - maintains accurate and detailed records of funding and expendatures. Focusses on fundraising and works closley with the production manager and marketing director.
MEMBER-AT-LARGE - functions a board member, however with a specific focus on maintaining a voice for the larger body of Trainwreck Productions (cast, crew, and others not on the board) and in this, iggnores personal views and opinions.
